Another great day at the Bentonville Bike Festival in Arkansas! I was relaxing at the YT Mill and chatting with my friends before we hit the trails. YT’s brand new digs in town are amazing! But more on that later. 

A quick ride across downtown. When I say quick, I mean that our e-bikes brought us from our rental, located just off Central Avenue, to the Slaughter Pen trail entrance in about 5 minutes. It was absolutely painless.

Rain! A huge storm blew in on Friday morning and drenched the entire town. A lot of people jumped out in the morning when it looked like the rain was done, but they were wrong! 

After a fantastic, but wet riding day, we rode out to the event grounds to check out the vendors and to see what the Bike Fest is all about. Races, skills competitions, jumping, and some good food kept me sane on an otherwise humid day. I even got to see Johnnie U from MTB Q and A! We had so much fun! 

Later that evening, we headed into town and enjoyed the YT Mill grand opening party. It was a huge night and a great time!
