Minnesota is the home of Duluth. I wouldn’t have given it a second thought, except that I heard on good authority that it is filled with awesome mountain bike trails. To that end, I set up a day at Spirit Mountain, located just a bit southwest of downtown.
I drove up the hill, walked in the door, grabbed a lift ticket, and I was on my way to having a great day on the mountain.
